Geza practices yoga since 1958 and was guided by a number of Indian yogis. He is well versed in various areas of classic yoga. Since 1979 he is a qualified yoga teacher, with extensive international expertise. His presentations focus on some of the often neglected areas of Western yoga culture.

The offered practices will include some of the shatkarmas (e.g. kapalbhati) and basic asanas as well as pranayama (usually ujjayi) and meditation with object and without object.

Then the basic models and practices of the Srí chakra sadhana which leads to Srí chakra vidya will follow. It is a unique way of working with the energies defined in the pratical philosophy of Srí chakra – the experiential model of the micro and macro cosmos. It includes becoming aware of the obstacles stemming from our personality traits as well as re-tuning them so that we can avoid getting identified with them in common life situations. Here reflection, asanas, pranayama, mantra and meditation give the structure of practice.

The workshops show also the importance of uncovering the ultimate experiential answers to the phenomenon of consciousness, its personalised, trans-personalized and non-personalized varieties through object-free meditation.
