Audrey Martin

The goal of my yoga research is to live a more conscious life. To do this, my practices are oriented to greater availability to my environment and to the present moment, the development of my capacity for concentration and the work of listening to my body.

By joining the European Yoga Union, I have the joy and privilege of representing the values initiated by a long line of renowned teachers.

I believe that with the UEY we have the capacity to speak the same language as yoga, to unite our specificities in a spirit of uniqueness & openness.
The result of my approach to yoga comes from my teachers:
– Integral Yoga by Sraddhalu Ranade as transmitted by the teachings of Sri Aurobindo & Mira Alfassa
– Body Approach to Kashmir Yoga by Elisabeth Meyer as directly transmitted by Jean Klein
– Hatha-Yoga de l’Énergie by the teachers of the Yoga de l’Énergie d’Évian school as transmitted by Roger Clerc

I’m a qualified yoga teacher from the UEY and the Yoga de l’Énergie school in Evian (EYE, France) and a qualified Ayurveda therapist from the Yoga & Ayurveda Health school (YAH, Belgium) founded by John Marchand.
I’ve been teaching in my studio Être Soi – Yoga & Ayurveda in Sciez, on the shores of Lake Geneva, since 2020.
