My yoga journey began with questions like: “How can I live a life that isn’t just a copy of someone else’s? How can I learn to do what I truly enjoy? How can I distinguish between long-term pursuit of my authentic goals and anxious sprints toward unnecessary but widely advertised milestones?”
In search of answers, I began studying Tradition and delved into psychology, physiology, cultural studies, and philosophy.
I have been studying and practising in the Ukrainian Federation of Yoga for 17 years, the last 7 of which I have also been teaching as an instructor.
In these turbulent times, I find even more inspiration in yoga as a practice of resilience—one that gracefully strengthens the body and elegantly refines the spirit. After all, those with a strong inner core do not fear when the world around them turns upside down.
