Els Pfann is a yoga teacher, singer, and certified laughter coach based in the Netherlands. Trained at the Saswitha Institute for Yoga and Philosophy (1999–2003), she deepened her practice with studies in laughter meditation (Dirash van Rossum) and laughter yoga (Maarten Vos & Trudie Appermans).
Her work is rooted in the power of breath, sound, and joyful movement. Fascinated by how outward expressions like laughter can create profound inner shifts, she integrates classical yoga, voice, and playfulness into her teaching.
