In the holy places of Yoga, Hinduism and Buddhism where we go on Pilgrimages, we find a totally different life from our western situations. All our beliefs about ourselves and the world are put into question.
Minka is an artist, Yoga and Meditation teacher, and Buddhist practitioner who has guided pilgrimages to North India, Nepal and West Tibet for the last 30 years.
