Therese Heinisch is a yoga teacher, activist, and researcher, holding an MA in Traditions of Yoga and Meditation from SOAS, University of London. She completed her hatha yoga training at Sebastian-Kneipp-Akademie and is a founding member of The Pink House, an institute for holistic health and well-being in Kosovo. Passionate about precise alignment in asana and yoga philosophy, Therese’s research focuses on modern yoga as a global social phenomenon, exploring the intersection of emancipation, self-care, and yoga.
