Life is action, yoga is action; action calls us, confines us, or liberates us.
“The action of the yogi is neither white nor black; for others, action is of three kinds.” – Yoga Sutra of Patanjali IV 7
It is up to each of us to realize the nature of the action, the origin of the action, the consequences of the action, and above all, who the actor is.
In this sharing, I would like to approach these fundamental themes in a questioning mode, the only one that is a space of freedom and discovery.
A fundamental theme that resonates with the notion of “abhyasa” practice and that of “vairagya” detachment and sheds light on them, and will therefore be an excellent preamble to the lessons given at the UEY congress in Zinal in summer 2025.
