Title & Short Description of the type of Yoga Practice

Study and put into practice the fundamental principles that allow you to approach the practice of asanas, pranayamas, mudras with a feeling of unity, tranquility, presence and well-being.

Unite the gesture with the breath.

Listen to the vibration of the breath, make it fine and long.

Choose the postures and adaptations that correct and treat physical problems.

Discover that there is no difference between action and meditation.

Approach daily practice out of passion and not out of obligation.

Abandon the useless.

Achieve your priorities in life through practice.

Approach the normative text of yoga from the notion of exercise and the effort that it implies.

What effort? What can renew it without creating conflicts or tensions?

What is detachment? How does it lead to impartiality and distancing from the thinking and

experiences of everyday life?
