Title & Short Description of the type of Yoga Practice

Morning sessions

Explore a conscious, steadfast practice through a variety of āsana, prānāyāma, kriyā and bandha practices, to establish a practical experience and understanding of abhyāsa on all levels of being – physically, energetically, emotionally and mentally.

The morning  practice will simultaneously explore, and be balanced by, vairagya – detachment and dispassion – a practical experience and understanding of surrender. What is it that we detach from and why? How do we disengage from our practice and the results of our practice? Each session will end with a practice of the ultimate dissociation in śavāsana.

Afternoon sessions

Explore a conscious, steadfast practice through inversions and prānāyāma practices, to establish a practical experience and understanding of abhyāsa on all levels of being – physically, energetically, emotionally and mentally.

The afternoon practice will simultaneously explore, and be balanced by, vairagya – detachment and dispassion – a practical experience and understanding of surrender. What is it that we detach from and why? How do we disengage from our practice and the results of our practice? Each session will end with a practice of the ultimate dissociation in śavāsana.
