Huguette Declercq
Teacher
Originally a Mathematics teacher and classical dancer, Huguette discovered yoga in the 1970s and in 1983 completed her training with the EFEY school, which she subsequently ran. She continued to train in the Sivananda tradition in Rishikesh as well as studying the approach of Iyengar with Pierre Gariel in Belgium. She then encountered kundalini yoga in 1989, and, completely enthused by that approach, undertook training in it. She has been a teacher trainer since 1988 (Hatha yoga), starting to offer kundalini yoga trainings from 2004. She leads kundalini yoga groups in France and Russia. Following back problems, she specialized in yoga for backs. She also works a great deal with the chakras.

Strengthening the nervous system through Kundalini Yoga.
This technology combines breathing, mudras, mantras, etc. to balance the glandular and immune systems. This strengthens the nervous system, which allows the balance of body, mind and soul. You then experience peace, dynamism and mental clarity. The connection to the soul is easier.
