Igor von Moos

Igor von Moos has been practising yoga and meditation for more than 25 years and studied yoga in the tradition of Selvarajan Yesudian and Sri Satchitananda Yogi at the Yoga University Villeret, the training school of the Swiss Yoga Association (SYV). Among a number of further training courses, he followed for several years the Vajra Panjar training with Sri Anandi Ma (Dyan Yoga Centers) as well as Yoga Nidra training with Dr. Christian Fuchs. Since 2008 he has been leading courses in Hatha Yoga and meditation, especially Yoga Nidra, and gives workshops and seminars at various locations in Switzerland. He lectures in basic yoga training and further education for yoga teachers. 2016-2018 he was co-organiser of the International Yoga Congress of the EUY in Zinal, as well as the congresses of the Swiss Yoga Association in 2014 and 2017.

Igor does not see himself as a teacher, but rather as someone who opens and shares the space in which Yoga becomes possible.

Nada Yoga Walk (Immersive Soundwalk)

A listening journey from noise to silence, from the external to the internal, from a  worldly to a sacred sound experience. A virtual feast for the ears – a composition of silent and sacred nature sounds that invite us to join in, to move inwards and discover our own inner core, to take a step towards becoming one with the sound of silence (anāhata nada meditation).

A Soundwalk is an unprecedented experience of immersion in the landscape, made possible thanks to an innovative technology put at  the service of sound. The immersive Soundwalk takes its audience outside into the pristine nature of the Val d’Anniviers at the heart of the majestic “couronne impériale” surrounded by the five four-thousand-metre peaks.

Performers: Igor von Moos (guide, speaker) in collaboration with the association «Le Chant des Lieux» and the musicians and sound engineers Emilie Vuissoz & Didier Métrailler.
