Institut Français de Yoga (IFY) is inviting you to the 2025 - 2029 Training in the teaching of yoga

500 hours of face-to-face classes spread over 4 years, with Certificate of Aptitude issued upon completion.

OBJECTIVES To master the theory and practice required for the solid experience needed to teach yoga yoga in group and individual classes. To master the right posture and relationship in transmission.

THE TEACHING TEAM 1. Lina Franco, Professor, IFY-accredited trainer, researcher, doctorate (P7 University), lecturer 2. Matthieu Bonneau, Physiotherapist DE, osteopath DO, posturology DIU in posturology, trainer 3. Diane Deloisy, Clinical psychologist and independent trainer

TEACHING METHODS AND ASSESSMENT Ongoing support and regular supervision of individual productions (tutorial), in sub-groups (proactive mode) and interactively in groups (in lectures)

ORGANISATION - 5 weekends - 1 x 5-days’ in-residence training session per year - 3 individual courses per year with the following objectives: Boosting personal practice monitoring progress in training - Support for individual development - Annual and end-of-course assessments are included in the 500 h.

DATES (subject to change) 27-28 SEPTEMBER 2025 16-17 NOVEMBER - 10-11 JANUARY 2026 - 7-8 FEBRUARY - 29 APRIL - 3 MAY In-residence training - 6-7 JUNE

COURSE FEE - 1650€ / year - 1950 € / if covered - The cost of individual sessions and teaching during training courses is included. Accommodation and travel expenses are at the trainee's expense
