Bhūti – The Inner Elements: Transformation and Balance through Yoga
This gentle class is open to all levels and begins with soft awakening stretches and mindful breathing. Through simple asana practice, relaxation pauses, and pranayama, we gradually move into deeper concentration and inner exploration. Vedic chanting will accompany and guide the practice, offering both focus and spaciousness. At the end, participants may choose to join in an easy chant (lyrics provided) or simply rest in silent meditation. The class nurtures clarity, calmness, and balance, helping you step into the day refreshed and centred.
The session is structured to support balance: two parts asana practice, one part pranayama, and one part meditation with Vedic chanting.
Yoga practice with chanting.
