Nutritionist and Ayurvedic therapist since 2007. Yoga teacher trainer at AEPY. She advises and teaches Ayurvedic training courses, yoga classes, prānāyāma and pre-prānāyāma classes. She leads meditation sessions and  yoga retreats. She currently teaches yoga classes, leads meditation groups, leads retreats in India and gives yoga teacher training courses.

Finding balance in each asana, renewing the body and mind at the beginning of the day. In each posture, harmony settles in us and guides us throughout the day.

Afternoon sessions:

” MEDITATION: PROMOTING A STATE OF INNER PEACE”
Meditation session, its practice allows us to deepen and develop greater internal awareness. This meditation will be guided helping to
reach a state of inner peace before going to rest. It is an ideal practice to do in the afternoon – night.

Relaxing the mind and body at the end of the day, we close the cycle of the day, releasing any accumulated tension.
