Title & Short Description of the type of Yoga Practice
Yoga – Shaping Reality.
How do the techniques of yoga work? How working with body, breath and mind can lead us closer to our true essence? What is it that we need to let go of to progress on the path of yoga? These questions cannot be answered without understanding the point of view of yoga philosophy, a kind of radical phenomenology which focuses exclusively on reality as it is experienced by consciousness. Based on historical and philosophical insights as well as audience participation, these lectures provide a new way to think about abhyasa and vairagya – and our whole life.
