Nonna Kravchenko

I am happy to be part of the international yoga community, where I can share the knowledge that once transformed my life.

My journey into yoga began with the search for answers to questions:

“How can I learn to manage my emotions and state of being?”

“Can I be in a state of constant presence, without being distracted by thoughts of the past or future?”

“How can I recognize and free myself from old thought patterns that limit my freedom?”

These questions led me to yoga, where I found a complete system that combines physical practice, philosophy, and working with consciousness.

I have been practicing yoga for over 10 years, and now I teach Hatha Yoga within the framework of the Ukrainian Yoga Federation in the UK and Ukraine, where I am both a student and a teacher.

Training in this Federation has become the foundation of my practice, and it is here that I continue to deepen my understanding of yoga’s traditions and its philosophical aspects.

My first higher education is in psychology, and I am currently studying Health and Social Care.

This helps me develop a more holistic approach to practice and share knowledge based on a deep understanding of the human body and psyche.
