Oksana Biesiedina
I am an instructor at the Ukrainian Federation of Yoga, actively promoting yoga and a healthy lifestyle, and teaching Classical Yoga in Vienna. I am convinced that yoga practice can transform a person, awaken the desire for growth, and make life rich and harmonious.
Some of my projects:
- Initiator of the first state-level project in Ukraine: “Yoga with Firefighters”.
For the first time in Ukraine, I trained firefighters to cope with stress using yoga methods. The event received widespread coverage on national television and laid the foundation for further yoga training for emergency responders.
- Author of the Hatha Yoga class: “The Art of Balance” – a program that deeply develops physical awareness and helps unlock potential even after 30, offering a fresh perspective on the body’s and mind’s capabilities.
- Implementation of projects such as “Yoga for Everyone”, “Yoga Unites”, “Yoga and Nature”, and “Yoga in the Emergency Services”.
Professional experience and teaching locations:
- Taught yoga in Kharkiv and Vinnytsia.
- With the onset of the war, I moved to Europe, where I now teach Classical Yoga and “The Art of Balance” in Vienna, Austria.
Education and training:
- Earned a technical degree from the Donbas State Machine-Building Academy.
- Obtained a second higher education in physical education and sports pedagogy, marking a new stage in my professional development.
- Before teaching yoga, I completed training at the Free School of Journalism and interned in the media.
- Studied Yoga in Ukraine and India.
Additional interests:
- Since childhood, I have been interested in extrasensory perception and esotericism; at 15, I began practicing Hatha Yoga, continuously deepening my knowledge of spiritual development.
- Traveling on a heavy motorcycle and teaching Yoga for Bikers.
I am convinced that everyone has the power to make their body strong, beautiful, and healthy, and to change their life for the better using yoga methods. Everything is in your hands!
