Emotional Emancipation through Yoga

Emotional emancipation means the exercise of the Yoga practitioner to live in the world and to enjoy the presence of others and the unpredictable richness of the unknown of personal life. It means using the blocking or aggressive emotional sources of daily life as resources for understanding, study, reflexivity and well-being for oneself and those close to one.

With the help of postures and kriyas, true laboratories of transformation and attitudinal cultivation, we propose an essentialized path of this emancipation process
