EUY is headed by the Board which consists in the president, the vice-president, the treasurer and the secretary. The Executive Committee , elected by the General Assembly is composed of the Board and the coordinators of the teams, which work on multiple projects in the fields of Communication, Education, Meeting, Zinal. All positions are filled by delegates from each national federation, ordinary or associate member of the UEY.
The General Assembly is composed of one elected delegate from each federation.
Internal audit is carried out each year under the supervision of Gert-Jan Overdijkink and Roland Haag.
