Third IFY Training Programme: 2027–2030
This course is offered by the training organisation ‘Les Formateurs Associés de l’IFY’, which has been Qualiopi-certified since June 2022. It is a high-quality course open to all who have reached the age of legal majority. It comprises 500 hours of teaching spread over four years, at the end of which students are awarded a Certificate of Competence in Yoga Teaching from FA-IFY and a Yoga Teacher Diploma from the Institut Français de Yoga (IFY), recognised by the European Union of Yoga (EUY).
The training programme, which takes place in Paris throughout the year and includes residential immersion courses in the south of France, draws inspiration from the tradition of Krishnamacharya and T.K.V. Desikachar, whilst also incorporating contemporary perspectives through critical reflection and the work of today’s trainers and researchers.
