Although Yoga entered my life when I was 17 years old, I kept the practice in an irregular way. It  was around the age of 40 that I dedicated myself more intensely to this philosophical practice.

I finished my YTT last year with the Portuguese Yoga Federation and, although I never had the goal of teaching yoga classes – I joined the course mainly as a form of personal enrichment – my desire to share this philosophy with others motivated me to accept an invitation to teach children and adults.
I have been travelling down this path slowly but steadily and savouring each small step.

I naturally accepted FPY’s invitation to be their representative at the EUY, as a way of giving my humble contribution to this organisation and having the privilege of learning and sharing experiences with all its valuable members.
