☆☆ YOGA TEACHERS AND PRACTITIONERS ☆☆ Develop your knowledge of the vayus and their mudras with Locana Sansregret 💎Participate in our 5 new meetings 🙏🧘♀️ Saturdays from 2pm to 5pm: 3/02/24 - 02/03/24 - 30/03/24 - 4/05/24 - 1/06/24 from 2pm to 5pm We will study one vayu per meeting (Prana, Apana, Samana, Udana and Vyana Vayu). You must register for all five sessions.
