Aoife Lydon


Aoife holds a BA in English, Sociology and Politics and an MA in English Literature and Publishing from University of Galway. She began her Yoga journey in 1997 and completed her Yoga teacher training Diploma with the Irish Yoga Association, starting teaching in 2006. She completed the Postgraduate Diploma with the Irish Yoga Association in 2009 and is a tutor on the Irish Yoga Association 4-year teacher training course. She has also trained teachers in Yoga for Pregnancy.

Practice: Morning Yoga Practice 07.00 – 08.30 (daily)

A practice of asana, pranayama,  meditation and relaxation.

Utilising our Yoga practice to deeply connect with our true nature.

Morning classes will consist of centring, asana practice, pranayama and a short relaxation.

Workshop: Late Afternoon Yoga Practice 17.00 – 18.30 (daily)

Afternoon sessions will also consist of asana and pranayama and will include Yoga Nidra.
