The programme would present the principles of yoga pranayama and then the ways, how can one monitor the progress. Pranayama as a gateway to meditation. Pranayama types. The effect of longer kapalabhati, nadi sodhana and ujjayi pranayama sessions. Holotropi breathwork and its effect on meditation. Warm water holotropic breathwork and its effect on deepening the process of „inward journey“. The presentation leads us through the classic definition of prana and koshas as found in the Upanishads and in the teachings of Ramana Maharishi, then through the concepts and function of tattva. The presentation elucidates in some details also the function of koshas in relation to the promptings of ahamkara, karma and vasanas. Finally outlines the executable way to Jnana.

Geza Timcak started practicing and studying yoga in 1958 and was influenced and taught by a number of Western, Indian and Taiwanese yoga/meditation teachers. He had his first study-visit in India in 1977 and since that time he is doing sadhana in yoga ashrams regularly. He taught yoga since 1975 and got his first formal yoga teacher qualification in 1979. Since 1981 he is also a tutor at Teacher Training Programs. Since 1995 he teaches (together with the Savita yoga team or alone) at EUY events. He led about 500 yoga courses at home and around the world and published about 100 papers and books on yoga. He is associated to the Slovak Yoga Federation (https://www.saj.sk/)
